I congratulate everybody for getting the opportunity to file 485.I am truely happy for u guys.
I am one of the very few people who can not apply for 485 as I have just changed my company and labour yet has to be filed.
I just wanted to to know Is it still possible that they will bring some kind of amendment(From CIR bill) which wouldn't allow me to extend my H1 Visa after 6 years?.I am so scared when I read on numberusa that some amendments are coming back to vote.Are we really in trouble?.
I just need some lodgical reasons that it won't happen.
I know everybody is busy but don't forget about people like us.
No such proposal will be coming for another next two years for minimum. In the meantime, file your labor and and while you wait for approval, prepare your exp letters so that u r ready to file on day one after your labor is approved. bol

Hi,
Wanted to know if there is any limitation on H4B visa date for coming in to US. My wife's H4B visa ends on Sep28 2009, she will travel and will be back on 28th Aug 2009. Is there any problem since its only 1 month from expiry.
In the meantime I will apply for an H1b extension.

Sorry I am not going to be help, but I would be interested in knowing when you find, why that was so.. I am one of the unlucky few whu missed the July 2007 filing bonanza by 1 day, based on when my labor was filed.. so if there is an alternate way to assign PD.. I can still continue crying....:confused:

Possibly, USCIS will ask for your updated employment contract and job description. RFE is usually sent to your lawyer.

If you really don't want to use the DataGrid, you could just use a ListBox. Each ListBoxItem (you can edit the ItemsTemplate) could be a textbox with a series of comboboxes inside it. That will give your users the illusion of having a scrolling list of items that they can enter values into.

3 Year Extension if I-140 is Approved
If your I-140 is Approved from Employer "A" u will get 3 Year Extension
from Employer "B" if i fall in the other Category which is Labor being filed
more then 365 Days Ago and I-140 NOT Approved, you will get 1 year Extension.

AR-11 form you send to different address . It is not part of I-485.
It is less likely that they compare your addresses with AR-11 address audit logs.
I think you should not worry too much about it.
Though you need to send AR-11 with in 10 days of your move to new address , I guess you can still send AR-11 form ,as AR-11 form does not ask from which date you moved to the new address. Check with your lawyer also

I must say it made me spend some time to figure out what it is. Initially I thought it was something square floating in a container of water or a pond. Then I studied it for 30 sec. or so and realized it's a waterfall. Then I found myself really studying it to grasp what you're showing. From the "does it catch your eye and hold you" perspective, it worked for me. From the "this is a beautiful shot that I have to print and hang on a wall, I'd probably vote no. But I am going to go back and look at it a second time because I'm intrigued.

After the initial H-1B period maxes out, the beneficiary needs to move out of the US but not necessarily to the home country, for at least a year.
