Thing is inspite of these recommendations they reverted the July bulletin with no notice period to public. Not sure why they recommend and have the office Of Ombudsman if USCIS does not implement their recommendation?

if u file for 140, chances are that it will get approved before may 2007 is high. If u have an approved 140, you can get 3 year extension. If you seek extension based on labor, you will get 1 year extension. I recommend u to apply for 140 (if possible premium) ASAP. Even otherwise,you are fine to get an year of extension.

It's taking anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks on an average after the introduction of the new lockbox system. We received our receipts in 29 days, so I don't think you should panic yet :)

Lets see but i dont think senators are dumb in these too , it took them that much time to CIR and its not that easy to pass something in the same class overnight yes we need to vigilent and if needed we can start our campaign rightly said , we need to keep friends close and enemies closer. Lets pull up our sleeves again , CORE comments?

But where does on ALIPAC it says so ? i have searched nothing was found yet.

Guys lets us get together all the MOST Unlucky EB2 India I485 apllicants !!!
We need to do something differnt.
We have already done enough like Writting to senators , Congressmen, Raising SR etc.

Any heads up / suggestions?

In the 485 check list sent by my employer one of the item is :

"Affidavit of support duly notarized (Form I-864) if you are applying for your family"

I am applying for my self and my wife and for my daugher. I will send my all paper to my employer and he will sent to attorney.
Do i have to fill form I-864 or attorney will fill form. if i need to fill then where i can find this form and how i can notarize it.

Please help.

If I were you I would just get a new exam done and submit it. Also, you should explain that you DID submit it in the first place and send the sealed envelope again. What do you have to lose if you send 2 medicals? Hanging on to the sealed one you have does not gain anything.

About envelope being huge? Well, no regulation says that you cannot send any envelope greater than 11x17. That would be just plain stupid if they rejected because of envelope size, and I seriously doubt they would do that. Thinking about it, it would be funny to see someone chest xray pop out of an 11x17 envelope :)

To answer your second question, yes, the employer can revoke your I-140 petition which could result in denial of I-485 application. You are only covered under AC21 if your I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days as the previous poster suggested.

If you want to change your location of FP appointment then you can do your FP at any location on W E D N E S D AY only(walk-in's allowed).....other weekdays for appointment people only..........tha't what USCIS customer sevice said..
but some ASC's are accepting weekday walk-in's also.................

It's not necessary to to go on the same day and same time at different location........you can go any wednesday before your appointment date.
*****must be before the appointment date******

It's all my personal experience...........
